Scene 1- (Cami and Rosie are talking) Rosie: And so my mom was all like “no, you can’t have the bracelet and the necklace. Choose one.” So you wanna know what I said? Cami: ooo what? Rosie: I said... (From off the screen, Daniel is heard screaming) Danielle: *angry scream* WHAT THE HECK? Rosie: Ugh, she always ruins things. Cami: *smiling, almost laughing* let’s see what her problem is this time. Rosie: You read my mind. (screen goes to Danielle and Charli. People are around them and Cami and Rosie are walking over) Danielle: This is the third time this month! Charli: I’m sorry! It was a mistake! Danielle: Some mistake! You spilled all your lemonade over me! Charli: A very funny mistake *about to start laughing* Danielle: Whatever. Consider this a warning. (People start leaving. Danielle goes over to Charli and whispers to her) Danielle: *quieter* If people weren’t all watching us, you’d be dead meat. (Danielle walks away) Charli: *nervous laugh* right. (Rosie and Cami walk over to Charli) Cami: Well that was... Charli: What do you two want? You never talk to me unless you need something. Cami: Oh we need nothing. Rosie: Why does Danielle have such a big problem with you? Charli: Oh... heh... you’re new so you don’t know. Rosie: a great way to start a conversation off. Charli: So, she used to rule this school. And one day, I bumped into her in the hallway and spilled my water all over her. She got reeeeeally mad. People didn’t care about her too much afterwards. She lost her popularity. Cami: I remember that. Man, you always do that. To her it seems like. Charli: I can’t help that I'm clumsy! Rosie: is there anymore? Charli: welll.... we used to share a dorm and one day I spilled my pen’s ink all over her bed. Cami: what color? Charli: does it matter? Rosie: no. (Charli walks away) Rosie: So anyways, wanna hear what I said to make my mom get the necklace and bracelet? Cami: Yes! Rosie: I said- (A loud over speaker is heard) Principal: Everyone, please go inside immediately. Go to your dorms and lock your doors. This is not a drill. The Helper has escaped and is free. I repeat, this is not a drill. (Rosie and Cami look at each other, worriedly) Cami: We need to go. Scene 2- (Cami, Rosie, Lia, and another student are in their dorm) Student: I wanna leave. Lia: We can’t, for our own safety. Student: Well, that’s boring. Cami: I agree. *sarcastically* We should totally disobey the orders and go outside risking our lives to cure our boredom. Student: Wouldn’t hurt... Lia: It would, for your information. Student: Whatever, I’m going out. Rosie: Maybe you shouldn’t... (The Student walks out. We hear a scream) Student: *scream* (It goes quiet) Cami: What just happened? Scene 3- (It is the next day. The kids can go to their classes but can’t go outside the school. Charli is walking in the hall and sees Cami. Charli runs over) Charli: Cami! What was that scream all about yesterday? Cami: One of my dorm mates wanted to go out. Charli: Yikes? Cami: you think? Charli: yeah. (Henry walks over) Henry: Why hello, girls. Cami: Ugh, go away. You’re such a flirt. Henry: Aww, don’t you enjoy my company? Cami: Get real! Henry: I am pretty real as it gets. Unlike someone I know. (Cami blushes) Henry: Heh... bye girls. (Henry walks off) Charli: Does someone have a crush? Ooo Cami: I know who should get real now.
