All credits goes to Outfit7 for the 2010 Talking Pierre app. This is the Scratch version without the talking feature. This app doesn't exist anymore. I will keep porting Outfit7 games to Scratch as long as I can, but I will only port games that start with the name "Talking" and other old games.
