As The Runaway Kid begins his adventure, he quickly finds himself following this girl, as she attempts to make her own escape. At one point, she is seen to drop knotted sheets out of a cell window and climb down (the same sheets Six climbed up in Little Nightmares). She was shown to be escaping with a flashlight, but The Runaway Kid later finds it abandoned near a puddle of black, suggesting that she was killed and eaten by Leeches. It's possible that she is actually a illusion created from The Lady, due to that she created the Shadow Dolls." And here is another paragraph about her also from the fandom; "One girl the Runaway Kid encounters is seen in possession of a flashlight. She manages to evade the light of an Eye and runs past the playroom and bathroom faster than he can keep up with. To escape the cells, she is seen climbing down a bed-sheet rope, which she may have created, and is the same one that Six used to climb and enter the same area." "Later on, the Runaway Kid finds her discarded flashlight, and the girl has presumably been killed by either the Leeches or The Granny."
