glowhangers are small organisms hanging on trees at night, when its day they eat glowplant which make their tail end glow. So the one that is glowing the most will attract female glowhangers, they are much smaller and have wings so they can fly around. They're sometimes eaten by cavefolk, they're a easy meal if they are not hanging very high in the tree.
