SLIGHT BLOOD AND MINIMAL GORE WARNING Before watching the project, read the backstory first! Just scroll down to read it. I can assure you that the PMV does show what happens in the backstory, but I typed it out as SFW as possible. Also, I coded this on my IPad, so I’m sorry if the pictures are out of line *-* Wheeeeeeeezzzzzeeeee I don’t usually do this amount of digital stuff I love how the drawings came out. If so, thanks) Name: Seren Ambers Gender: Female Height: 6’10 (5’5 at start) Age: 15 (At start), 25 (End), 24 (At start of being in the city) Power: Astral Backstory: Seren was always different in her town. People who had magical powers were considered as trouble-makers. Once you’ve shown somebody what you can do, you are as good as dead. Especially in Seren’s case. She was born with Astral magic - the power of the stars. It’s an extremely rare type of magic, and she was lucky enough to be born with it. So, every time she showed it to her parents, nasty punishments followed. To the point where she feared even doing the tiniest of tricks. However, just after she turned 14, a new boy walked into town. He didn’t look out of the ordinary, but she could feel something was off. Eventually, Seren sat down with him. His name was Grayson, better nicknamed as Gray. She figured out that he could manipulate light, like focusing to a tiny point and generate heat. So, Seren came to trust Gray. She could freely show what types of powers, like sending waves of energy out and create a small dystopian reality, full of tricks and illusion. However, the dream ended sooner rather than later. The duo decided to explore an abandoned warehouse at nightfall. However, nobody had been there since a freak accident happened in the 80s, leaving the place haunted of sorts. Once inside, the door locked from the outside. The power turned on, and something appeared before the two’s eyes. There was a group of rabid animals approaching, consisting of wild coyotes and foxes. They seemed to be dramatically enhanced. Despite being malnourished, their speed and strength was indescribable. Foolishly, Gray and Seren tried fending them off after an attack. Gray seemed to be doing great, but as soon as he turned his back, that’s when it happened. One coyote managed to get his leg. But the saliva seemed to spread externally and internally, leaving Gray powerless. He passed soon after the bite full of rabies. And that’s when Seren snapped. Immediately, she ran from her the town and grew insane. She soon formed a magical staff as a way to control her power, due to her level of sheer madness overwhelming her body’s magical capabilities. As time goes on, she’s known a force not to be reckoned with. After her extreme loss, Seren lost her ability to feel empathy or sorrow, only anger and (sadistic) happiness remains as her emotions. She has been known to be ruthless to anyone who even slightly stands in her way, often leaving their bodies for the vultures. Despite this cold exterior, she’s managed to make her way in a new city, being one of the wealthiest, dangerous, and most powerful people there. Seren managed to make her way to the top very easily, due to the private hitwoman jobs she did. Usually, involving the deaths of people that her employers dislike. Often time however, the rich people who hired her would be added to her hit list 1-3 hours afterwards, always successfully scratching their names off that list. She took what’s left of their wealth, never leaving any trace of her very existence by projecting it into a far off astral plane. If anyone else saw what happened, she dealt with them a different way - manipulating how they react. And so, what she would do is essentially distort their worldly view by creating a dystopian reality in their head, terminating them much more slowly and easily, then getting rid of every remnant. To this day, she’s not a force to be messed with, unless if you wish to perish. She’s practically the queen of the city-state, letting the king keep his title.
