All you got to do is move Foxy to the puppet and then you'll save Freddy, you can restart mini-game by pressing green flag again. Story Line (Fan-Made) So Freddy actually saved the security guard, then Chica and Bonnie started telling the puppet about Freddy's save. So the Puppet disabled Freddy, but Foxy heard a disable sound, he looked out of the curtains and saw the Puppet.
