Z - Jump X - Attack C - Lock In Place V - Dash Up/Down/Right/Left - Move/Aim This boss is technically not in Cuphead, but it was meant as one of the mini-bosses in "All Bets Are Off!" I don't know why it was scrapped. Have fun. (Note: I recommend that you don't set his HP to a low number, (like 3 or 1) because it glitches if he is beaten while "WALLOP" is still on the screen. I don't know why.)
