Ok, so the arm follows the mouse, right? Then when you move your mouse over the dog, you get another pet. Got it so far? Then, you might be wondering why it isn't going up when you keep hovering. You have to take the hand OFF before you can pet it again. if you see this comment PET THE CAT!!! (yes it must be all caps)
So.... @cs5177372 suggested to me the idea to make a dog version, so I did! (all I did was switch the costumes, don't give me the credit) post your highscore in the comments, mine is 104!
