This is the food web of how the sun is technically giving energy to us. The sun is helping the Grass to grow. The Cow is eating that grass and later produces milk. Humans drink that milk and it is healthy for them. So basically, humans kind of get their energy from the sun. If there was no sun, the grass wouldn't grow and the cow wouldn't be able to produce milk. So that is why our sun is very helpful to us. It is helpful in a lot of other ways too. Like heating us up when we are cold.
