Ways to save the environment: ❀It sounds simple, but recycle! 9/10 of all solid waste each year is never recycled, whereas about 80% of it could be! ❀Use reusable shopping bags. It's not uncommonly known the enormous amount of plastic in the ocean, and animals often mistake plastic bags for food. If you do use a plastic bag, make sure to dispose of it correctly! It does not go in the common recycle bin, since it can cause malfunctions at recycling centers. ❀When recycling a water bottle, the bottle cap is able to be recycled, too! However, make sure it is screwed on, otherwise it can get stuck in the recycling machines. ❀Donate to a local charity. Volunteer to cleanup polluted areas. There are endless opportunities available to do your part! ❀Spread the word! Don't think of it as a burden, think of it as a duty. As civilians of our planet, we have the obligation to take care of it. We need to teach future generations why the environment is fragile and beautiful!
