Right and left arrow keys to move the shapes, 's' to rotate left and 'd' to rotate right. Try to stack the shapes to make complete rows at the bottom, then they will cancel out and give you a higher score. If it's lagging you should try running it in Turbo mode (Shift + Click Green Flag) If you remix and make a cool theme I'll link to it from this project page.
