He uses threats and demands to get what he wants, killing objects who don't obey him. Although Targety looks a lot like a dartboard, he despises being called or used like one, and will kill anyone who does so immediately. Targety can been likened to a servant's master, as he wants other objects to do all of the work for him or be killed.
