This was inspired by some really cool vector art on scratch, and since it was a long time the last time I drew with vector, I decided to try again. Timeline: 25/4/21 Added background layer and parts of foreground 26/4/21 Fixed water ripples and finished parallax, thumb added 28/4/21 Shared and music added
