Greetings, scratcher Drag the points to make things happen. Visual proof of the Pythagorean Theorem. For those unfamiliar with the Pythagorean theorem, it states that the sum of the squares of the legs of a right triangle equals the hypotenuse squared, or a²+b²=c².
