So. I think that the dragonflies are wandering spirits that failed silverpelt, and they were punished. Shiningstream says "And we all know what happens when we fail her" I think this is a hint that they get turned into bugs if they fail her. Now, That cat on the hill on page 32 is probably silverpelt's speaker, Lostriver, because in the last page we see her, but we dont know why. Maybe she watches them all the time to see if they fail, and then they get turned into bugs. Sooooo, am i right?
