Use the arrow keys to move. Press A to rotate 90 degrees counter-clockwise and press D to turn 90 degrees clockwise. If you touch blue you turn into a ball. If you touch black you go to the next stage. If you touch red you die. Press the flag to start or restart the game.
It says you win but that is just what the ending looks like.
