PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS! (Sorry it's so much.) YOU'RE ALLOWED TO MAKE YOUR HERO BITMAP NOW IF YOU CAN'T DO VECTOR. IF YOU CAN DO VECTOR, THOUGH, MAKE IT VECTOR. Click the green flag and read information (press space for next). Then, make sprites in the box of the template for both with animation of the following moves: walking, jumping, punching, kicking, taunt, signature, and special move. (Sorry it's so much.) Make icon art. Do that again except with the person you just made's enemy. Change the things on the template that say "Hero" and "Villain" to their names, and voila! A sign-up. You might have to voice act too, this game will have cutscenes and stuff.
