name: neptune species: guardian (form of a cat) gender: agender pronouns: they/them personality: introverted, hardworking, dutiful. they can be gullible and blind to the faults of people they like. neptune is one of many guardians, tasked by the 'old ones', a group of ancient celestial beings, with protecting the vast universes and galaxies from harm. they are known by their fellow guardians to be quiet, preferring to keep to themselves, however they are swift and dedicated to their duty of protecting the universes from corruption. they are very loyal to their cause, defending the old ones even when others may disagree. the rings around their tail and head reflect the current state of neptune. when they feel hopeless or exhausted, the rings become less visible and they themselves may become dull in colour. when they are fine and full of energy, the rings will start to renew and they will start to have colour again. no rings present is a dangerous sign, as it means that their negative state can damage their form, and their soul if it worsens, due to the rings not being present to act as a barrier. this can result in them being susceptible to corruption.
