In May of 2021, me and my family went a river with a friend to go fossiling. on our way back, we found a baby kitten. a little tuxedo a not few weeks old and covered in ticks. We named it Katoma after the river we were at. we took it home and cared for it. we removed the ticks, took it to the vet, got it medicine and everything. a day later, she became very week and was struggling. we tried our best, but sadly on Friday of the same week, Katoma sadly passed of tick paralysis (something we failed to check for.) I snagged this recording the day we got her, and I'm glad I did to have something to remember her by. Rest in peace sweet baby. I miss you every day. May you and Macon have fun together in cat afterlife.
