Ocean Cat ~ When you said that the theme was Summer/Tropical I thought BEACH straight away, so I thought how do I incorporate beach into a cat? Well add a starfish stuck to its chest, and have water dripping from their fur like they just got out of the water!! Edit ~ If you want I can take away the starfish or move it somewhere else, I can change the eyes or the tail as well!!
