Talk to Foxy, Just try not to make him mad... When he gets mad, he will call a friend that you have most likely met, and you didn't see his good side. Hint: Foxy likes pirates, and hates it when people don't agree to a favor, and when a person doesn't do a favor that they said they'd do. Foxy can get VERY moody.
