You should really choose more than one animator, animating takes a long time and having more then one animator would really help. How much control do you want over what the cats and places look like: I'd like some power over designs, but I don't want to change things entirely. If you give me a design I'll stick with it, but I'd like to be allowed to put my own spin on things sometimes. How long would you want each chapter to be: It depends, if one chapter is an episode then short. Maybe about 5-10 minutes? How long did it take you to make the animations you are submitting: Run!; maybe about an hour? Turn; around 2-3 hours Background things; 1-3 hours
