The pen will always follow your mouse. Press [space] to stop drawing for 5 seconds. Have fun.
This has no lags but it might be difficult to draw so I might try to create a new version of this but it will only draw when you hold down on it. Update: 8, 2021 added Rainbow Pen v.2 https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/527412411/
