Video games can get creepy, but creepy music makes them even more horrifying. Here are some of my favorites: -"Xenoresearch" from Metroid Prime 3 Corruption. -"Heavenly Doorway" from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. -"Andross" from Star Fox 64. -"Forest Temple" from The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. -"Phantom Road" from F-Zero GX. -"Warning Siren" from Super Smash Bros. Melee.
I remember Warning Siren playing during the escape in Melee, it creeped me out so much. I don't even think it's supposed to be creepy. I give credit to Nintendo, Konami, and yeah that's pretty much it.
