What is a DTA? - A dta stands for draw to adopt. Basically, you draw which design you want to adopt - Rules - 1. Please do not use a base for your drawing. Like, the literally point of this is to draw. 2. Do not steal or trace any artwork - I will know myself. 3. Do not complain if you don't win- remember, this is supposed to be fair. 4.
