Drag the silly head onto the Scratch Cat. To take it off, simply drag it away from the cat. Most dressup games on Scratch usually just make the outfits draggable and nothing else. Since I like auto-snapping, I did just that! Obviously you can add some actual content, but this is just a springboard for any dress-up games you wanna make :D
