EDIT: Not accepted, better luck next time. Writing excerpt (blood warning): I lunged at him, quickly drawing a knife from my sleeve as I had practiced many times before. I didn’t even care if I missed. I could die too, and I’d welcome it. I missed. I lunged and missed again. And again. HOW COULD HE POSSIBLY THIS COULD AT DODGING? I lunged again, but he caught the knife at the handle. I noticed the blood dripping off my fingers, beads of red sliding off the side of the blade. Well, I couldn’t keep fighting without a knife. Not that I knew how to use it, anyway. My father took a step forward, an evil look planted across his face. I backed up. There was nowhere to go. Nowhere but down. I could jump. That might be fun. I could also throw my father over the side. Too late. He raised the knife to my throat. “That was also a pretty stupid move.” I couldn’t care less, even if he was right. I had been a fool, blindsighted by Poison’s death. I had two options, not counting surrendering to my father. I could jump off the building and die, or I could walk into the knife that was supposed to be mine and die. Neither of those sounded particularly fulfilling. I wanted Poison to not be dead, and I wanted my knife back. My father seemed to know this. He threw it off the roof and pulled a gun to my head instead. I guess this was his way of demonstrating his power to me. My left hand was still dripping in blood, but I couldn’t really feel it. I could probably manage to use the knife, assuming I could get it. Which I couldn’t. I lunged again, seemingly forgetting my father wielded a gun. I heard the brief gunshot, before my vision went red and I blacked out.
Note: A good portion of code is taken from one of my past applications, I found no rules saying this was no allowed, but if it isn't, please let me know and I'll redo it. Note 2: Please forgive any grammatical errors, my computer is heavily lagging on this occasion. Time Taken: 1.5 hours Note 3: If at all possible, I would like to co-lead dystopian cabin. Note 4: I'd like to be a co leader, but leader is fine as well. Note 5: My second and third choices for cabin in this order are; Thriller and Sci-fi. Myth and Fantasy would be fine to, and other than that I'm fine with pretty much anything! Dystopian's my number 1 choice, though.
