☆ Hey everyone! Welcome to my SWC co-leader application ^^ ☆ Fullscreen highly recommended, and I recommend having the sound on! Though I moved to the US a few years ago, HK is still a special place to me and a part of my identity (eek that sounds so cheesy xD) - so I wanted to do something related to that! And I love food, HK’s street food is so good, so… there we go ;D ◇ Making this app was so fun, especially the drawing :) I don’t have much experience drawing food, so this was definitely a first - but I learned so much ~ I didn't expect to take so long, though, especially since I kind of started in mid-april lol… ◇ And the reason for that was probably my excerpt, which I decided to write a new short story for at the last minute xD whoops - anyhow, I think I like how it turned out? The plot is definitely not the best, but I enjoyed playing around with themes of illusion/reality and going back full-circle in a story - hopefully that was noticeable ^^' ◇ As for coding, it was quite fun - to my surprise - maybe since I added little moving parts and things ^^ (did anyone notice the higher bounce in the exit button when it descends :0) But tedious, of course, and I wouldn’t call myself a coder - probably could’ve simplified a lot of things in there, especially the sprites and broadcast messages. Oh well, at least I had fun :> ◇ About the music - I originally chose the super mario one (which is now the "intro" music), not because I play super mario (I don't xD) but I thought the music box version was fun and playful, hehe. Then I started to get tired of it, hehe, and I wanted to be ~ fancy ~ so I chose another song for the main app (starting the job from kiki’s delivery service!) ;D Coding that took a while but I hope you liked it lol That’s it!
