This is a simple project that I managed to make, as usual, very complex. Click the green flag to start. Click any white spot on the screen to clear everything. Adjust the sliders to desired boundaries, then press "Generate!" to randomly make a number. Your numbers will appear in the orange box, and the "Random Number Generator" list.
