Ok, I rant now. (spoilers for Blackfoot's Reckoning)

So as today is my birthday, my parents got me A Warrior's Choice as a 'joke gift' (because I put a hold on warriors because I hated the latest book, The Place Of No Stars, The Broken Code #5). So I read it, (partly) and managed to finally get to Blackfoot's Reckoning. Now I have always been wondering who gave Blackstar his nine lives, and why StarClan let him lead ShadowClan, and today I have finally found out. -SPOILER ALERT!- Cats who gave Blackstar his nine lives. 1 Blizzardwing 2 Badgerfang 3 Raggedstar 4 (wait for it) Gray Wing 5 Rosetail 6 Bluestar (the heck) 7 Stonefur (saw that coming) 8 Nightstar 9 Shadowstar (Tall Shadow) ---------------------------------- Well, didn't see that coming. (except Stonebby, but still.) First of all, WHY GRAY WING!??!! I mean, he doesn't play any significant part in Blackstar's life, and he wasn't even ShadowClan, AND ShadowClan (under Brokenstar's rule) stole WindClan's territory! I guess this nine live ceremony is all about forgiveness, but I certainly don't forgive him. All I did was push him up on my least favourite characters list (see list of least favourite character in warriors below). Also, who else doesn't remember Rosetail from the first series? I hate it when the Erins add things to already canon things. Like Rosetail dying. I thought she was already dead before the first series!? But apparently she wasn't. Also also, my Graystripe is Gray Wing head canon is thrown out the window and into the trash can where it is now permanently destroyed. Also also also, my final rant is about that one part at the end of the ceremony and the end of the book. Tall Shadow showed this vision to Blackstar, and it basically shows Fourtrees getting destroyed, the Lake Territories, really old Blackstar talking to Sol, the drought with the beavers in OotS, and overall just the future. Now going back to his quote in Outcast, he says, "We never should have come here, Firestar. StarClan was wrong to bring us, when it's so hard to tell where one territory ends and another begins. It was a lot simpler back in the forest." Well, Blackstar, you say StarClan is wrong? What about that dream you had when you got your nine lives, huh? Well, that's it for my rant session.
