Char: Velvet flowers Gender: female Species: Cat, ‘Landshifter’ Landshifters live in the same universe as feather blowers. Even though they are thought to be a myth, landshifters can a) move the land b) cause earthquakes and c) can hear whispers in the earth. Backstory: Azuki ran away. Villagers were suspicious of her, and after her parents went missing she had no-one to support her. She ran the Misting forest, where she made herself a new name ‘Mist’. Velvet was thrown from her town because she caused two foreign foragers to go missing after she created a large landslide. They threw her into the neighbouring forest : Shining forest, where she lived for a year and then she trekked to the Misting forest. The rest is history…
