My first DTAE on this account ;0 I love this design, and it was interesting to try to draw something other than cats/dogs for once :D ~Press any key/click/tap!~ Name: Peace Dove Gender: Male Species: Cervidae/deer Backstory: He was born into a battle-hungry, violent, and strict community of an ancient group of deer incredibly loyal to their code: the Hoof-Claws. But the future "Peace Dove", who was named "Sharp Horn" at birth, had always been the outsider. He was the smallest of his siblings, although the middle fawn, and while he was fast, he was not very strong and often clumsy. But the thing that really set him apart was his refusal to do any sort of violence. And so, when his defiance went too far one day, Sharp Horn was renamed Peace Dove and exiled. So he ran away, from his kin, from his former life, from his herd. But he was fine with it. Through shady forests and peaceful meadows, across looming mountains and through misty valleys, across rivers and through deserts; until finally, exhausted, hungry, thirsty, and desperate for a new life, he settled down by a sandy beach. And so he did start a new life. He ''built'' his own home, stocked up on berries for the winter, and eagerly forgot the details of his life with the Hoof-Claws. The only thing he kept the same was his name; a symbol of his defiance to violence. Even his once vivid, colorful coat begun to fade as he turned away from the ways of his old herd. But he was fine with this; after making it through the winter; he saw a beautiful sunset of the spring, and suddenly was inspired to tell the tales of peace the sundown brings: ❝ᴏɴᴇ ᴅᴀʏ ᴇɴᴅꜱ, ᴀᴡᴀɪᴛɪɴɢ ꜰᴏʀ ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴇxᴛ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇɢɪɴ. ʙᴜᴛ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴᴅ ᴅᴏᴇꜱ ɴᴏᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ʙʟᴀᴄᴋ-ᴀɴᴅ-ᴡʜɪᴛᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ꜱᴀᴅ; ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴᴅ ᴄᴀɴ ʙᴇ ᴀꜱ ᴄᴏʟᴏʀꜰᴜʟ ᴀꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴇɢɪɴɴɪɴɢ, ᴀɴᴅ ᴍᴀʏʙᴇ ᴇᴠᴇɴ ʙʀɪɢʜᴛᴇʀ ᴀɴᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴘʀᴏᴍɪꜱɪɴɢ.❞ and so, every end of the day, he comes to the Smooth Rock and teaches about peace, non-violence, and new ends and beginnings.
