Click on the monsters to lower their health. When you defeat them, you will get gold. If you have enough gold, you can upgrade your power. You can see how much you need by looking at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Your power is how much damage you do to the monster ever time you click on it. As you kill more monsters, the amount of health it has will go up.
