This computer needs a special action to be unlocked. Find out what it is, Click on everything you need to. Click on the Chrome symbol once the computer is unlocked. The X in the top right corner of the browser is meant to close it. Click on Sign In when you open the browser. Type 'xyz@id.com' to log in. Once you log in, close the window ( in-game) and open it again. There will be 2 new buttons below the search bar, click on each of them to open them. Once you open one of those applications a back button will appear, click on it to go back to home screen.
