Click the blob to get blob coin and spend blob coin on upgrades in the item shop. Rebirth when you have 1 Million coins to get 100K per minute , but having to reset everything else. (Also if you REALLY want to save I think remixing lets you download your file so ye.)
NEW UPDATE: All Skins are complete, Golden Blobs now give 1 MIL per second (For a much larger price) and the new REBIRTH button! If you have more than 1 million blob coin, you can get 1 rebirth, which adds 100k every minute BUT resets everything else. (Except for skins you can keep those)
