WOOHOO!! because i've drawn a truly monstrous amount since august, i've compiled an abridged version of my artistic exploits, rather than a comprehensive one. a greatest hits collection, you might say. there's sixty-ish drawings here so we can't waste space lets go! 1: a boy in a dress drawn using a color palette called "me when i'm evil and wretched" 2: a couple of evil vampires i drew for school 3: very first concept art for odyc&b! the sword was later changed to a cricket bat 4: thing i drew when i was on a self-portrait kick! still dont have any cargo pants 5: once again in my series, "BUT WHAT IF THEY WERE TRANS?" we have lucifer! thats not how shirts work! 6: here's another one of my early sam and goose drawings! thank god i decided to migrate all the colors onto goose, blue does NOT work for them 7: LETS GO!!! this is has to be one of my most detailed drawings to date, actually! and fairly accurate, too! its fan art for the character nanachi from made in abyss, who i believe was one of the first canonically nonbinary characters i saw on screen. 8: professor hidgens from tgwdlm! i must've drawn this the day after i first saw it. he's at the top of my halloween costumes list! 9: an early conception of a movie i had the idea for, "elaine on high". the plot is it's 1896 and elaine raine gets killed and claws her way out of heaven and down to earth while her girlfriend, holly, tries to solve her murder. boy, am i tired of bury your gays! 10: a quick flapper! spiritual sequel to my julie d'aubigny drawing 11: more from elaine on high! i had the idea that for each circle of heaven she goes through, a layer of her dress changes to match the color palette of the circle, with the first circle being white and the ninth being black (which is when she gets back to earth, and is in her black burial dress). 12: elaine again, with, what's this? a flaming sword??? by god! 13: MARCELINE! i loved obsidian so much! drew this while finishing the audiobook for pratchett's "guards! guards!" 14: goose again! thats the xenogender symbol on their collar. im still figuring out how makeup works (15-18 were all drawn on the same day, while listening to welcome to night vale. a very funny show, give it a try!) 15: literally the only detailed background ive drawn in like, a year. maybe ever. had an idea for a mockumentary about the making of a vampire movie, where it was revealed the director had no idea half his cast were actual vampires. 16: another vampire. love vampires 17: strawberry cow!!! 18: the narrator, no name no pronouns, from this idea i had for a choose-your-own-adventure novel where the protagonist and the narrator kept getting into spats, and it was revealed that the narrator was literally just some kid. also everyone is trans 19: literally only realized i accidentally put the trans flag on her shirt after i drew it 20: whats this, bea baumo??? i hadn't drawn her in a while, and i was curious as to what she'd look like in my current style. she looks pretty good! 21: another from the choose your own adventure novel, this is the protagonist. this also doubles as fan art for carrot ironfoundersson from pratchett's discworld! 22: ratbag lazarus, whose name was imprinted in my brain when i woke up from a name one day. i think they were meant to be a drag persona when i drew them? anyway, if i actually went into drag, i'd have a LOT more glitter. just saying 23: one day i'm going to figure out how dresses work...! i don't do very dynamic poses a lot, so this was a treat for me. d'you like the feathers? 24: i believe this was one of my last drawings of sam and goose before odyc&b fizzled back into my brain. good kids! 25: me! drawn while listening to heathers the musical. a mighty fine show. the gloves WERE juno birch inspired thank you for asking 26: had an idea about a movie where a man lived a double life in his head, where he was having an affair with this nonbinary waterpark/palace owner, yellowcake. i very much love the platinum blonde poofy hair marilyn monroe look. drawn while listening to dear evan hansen, which i didn't care for. 27: i do lettering sometimes, and one day this phrase was stuck in my brain, so i went ahead and drew it. 28: y'all seen the big lebowski? very funny movie, highly recommend. 29: mortimer martinez and dian dewanti, two characters in a serial i had the idea for. they're both supervillains, named asmodeus nouveau and viscerus rex specifically, but they're not very good at it. i think this marks the first time i actually drew cheeks instead of just fusing the hair with the head? yeah
30: OKAY SO, i drew this while listening to hadestown, which is about two hours long, so i had to make this as complicated as possible basically, which is the reason for the layered shading and all the stripes. the anatomy is way out of wack, but im proud of the costume. 31: and now for something completely different! cute doodle i did once. 32: THIS is one of the things i drew while listening to my favorite album ever, "the normal album", for the first time! highly recommend, i listen to it twice a day. thats barely hyperbole 33: second thing i drew 34: jesus christ! thats who this is! in elaine on high, i thought it'd be funny to make jesus a rockstar. have you guys heard jesus christ superstar?? 35: since high waists are meant to accentuate hips, i kept thinking about how low waists (which were popular in the 1920's) must hide hips, and THEN i got thinking about how that must work to the advantage of amab people who aren't naturally curvy... anyway, this is ripley ripley from a scrapped show i was thinking about, "the accountants on kierkegaard boulevard". this marks the reappearance of actual noses, rather than just the bridges. 36: he's in the strawberry milk! drawn during dnd. 37: okay, so i updated elaine's design to make it more period-accurate! and also, here's a background for once? nice work, me! 38: i drew this for my mom for her 50th birthday! and i got it framed for her! 39: THE FINAL PAM! ive been consuming a LOT of mcelroy brothers content recently, and decided to pay tribute to pam who death forgot. i love her SO SO MUCH 40: that hat is called a cloche! they were fairly commonplace in the 20's, which is also when her hairstyle comes from. 41: big-eyed ghoul. love love love. 42: had a brief fancy for a short story about two lesbians, electra (left) and karen (right). 43: screenshot redraw of MY favorite white boy, brian david gilbert! drawn while listening to act 1 of falsettos 44: cecil welcometonightvale! what even are chairs? drawn while listening to act 2 of falsettos, which HOO BOY 45: another lettering thing. its about being trans 46: the protagonist of the accountants on kierkegaard boulevard, rene raje! hes trans and has a continental accent 47: roxie hart from the excellent musical "chicago"! a very villainous young woman. drawn during dnd 48: fun with lines! that haircut is called an "italian haircut", they were popular with italian movie stars in the 50's 49: i am looking away 50: the goddess artemis from a 40's inspired webcomic i had! yes, apollo is a crossdresser too. i never got around to drawing him 51: just aa.. doodle 52: my last drawing of ripley ripley! finally a non-monochromatic outfit for once. i had an idea where their eyebrows are drawn on and indicate what pronouns they use at certain points, pencil-thin = she/her, foxlike = they/them, full = he/him. 53: i dare to ask, "what if aliens wore strange and revealing clothing?", the same question david bowie asked himself in 1972. drawn during dnd 54: bong water 55: fan art of worthikids' impeccable webseries, bigtop burger! it's only twelve minutes, give it a shot! he's my favorite animator ever. 56: for my friend's birthday! i've never seen danganronpa, so dont try to talk to me about it, though. i dont know how hands work 57: more worthikids fan art, this time of the wicked zoga from his latest video! i love them so much. i love everyone so much. i love YOU so much. anyway, thats a wrap! goodbye, everyone!
