So, most people would tell you that if a halo has no animation it's exploited. Well, that's not actually the case. A halo may not move for several reasons, such as the person is very laggy, the animation is glitched, or you're laggy. There are some signs that a person may have an exploited halo, they have a very low level, they're very new to the game, but there's always a chance that they won that halo if they had joined before or during when that halo was available, maybe it was a gift? If someone with a high-tier halo is acting very suspicious, they're accepting an extreme underpay or they want to do the trade very fast, maybe don't trade for that halo, it's probably too good to be true. Although the devs have said exploited halos would still move, people still say a halo not moving is exploited because of all the made-up rumours. Sadly, there's no actual way to tell if a halo is exploited, one may be exploited, but the person with it doesn't know or is trying to play it off like they traded for it or won it. But what I recommend doing is checking the players join date and level and what halo(s) they have, stay safe when trading! xoxo
