Backstory: This long-haired boy is Nightmare Skies' little brother [1 yr difference], his name is Blue Skies as his ability is to cause storms based on his control when he likes. He does not know of this ability and only Nightmare does, she can control the mind and such where she typically causes nightmares just to cause Princess Luna trouble. She has yet to have been tracked . . . Context: Blue hasn't seen his sister in quite some time, she had gone into the 'haunted forest' that contained many horrid stories about it, no one was brave enough to go in and out alive, until Blue. He had the intentions of coming back with his sister until later he found what caused the rumors to be so dark . . . he stumbled upon a humanoid fingure that looked to be covered in black ink . . .
