Click the "PLAY" button, and then click the items that you want to virtually buy. (You won't actually GET these items in reality). (You also won't be charged for these items in reality).
Another thing is that you're going to have to spam the button to "PLAY," and you're also going to have to spam a bit to "click" the items, and "purchase" them, too.
