PART 2: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/567678736/ Help sticky Sammy survive! Move and stick him along the blocks before they fall, and make sure he doesn't fall in the lava! But beware, you must avoid many dangers... Arrow keys/WAD to move. Watch out for the dangers! - Fist Smash: Giant Fist smashes anything in its path - Teleport: Teleports Sammy randomly, it may teleport him somewhere good, or somewhere bad. - Growth: Makes Sammy grow to two times his size. It lets him jump farther, but he destroys more blocks this way. - Trick blocks: When lava bubbles cover certain blocks, the blocks become too weak for Sammy to stand on, and he fall through. (This is actually cause of the if touching colour block needing to work like this, but it adds an extra challenge!) - Random Speed: This may speed up Sammy, or slow him down. It's all luck. - Sticky Sally: This evil slime teleports around, destroying any blocks in her way. -Catch the green score coins to boost your score by 250! -Every time you get 1,000 points, you get a bonus 50! (if you destroy two blocks at time, then it won't work because the last three digits would be 010 and my project only tracks 000) What was your score before dying? P.S. Blocks do regenerate after a certain amount of time.
All code and art by me, sounds from the Scratch Library. -VERSIONS- (BETA) V 1.0: Basic game, jumping mechanics and falling blocks. (BETA) V 1.1: Added fist, teleport, growth, and magma bubbles. (RELEASE) V 1.2: Added WAD as a key option, added sounds and art, added text warnings. V 1.3: Added Sticky Sally, and now I use a custom block for warnings. V 1.4: Added Slowness, Fist now tracks your X position before landing. V 1.5: Instead of slowness, your speed is randomized, changed score value (increase by 10 not 1), added score coin. V 1.6: Added Highscore, it was extremely easy. Added bonus. Made the "warning" custom block work a lot better by using a set variable inside the boolean instead of a broadcast and custom block for every warning.
