Name: Manto Gender: Undecided Age: Undecided Backstory: A long time ago, Aka the cat had a normal life; Caring owners, lots of food, and plenty of things to explore. But one day, a forest demon named Tark saw his perfect life- and wanted it for his own. After all, it wasn't fair that such a stupid cat would have a better life than him.. Tark approached Aka as he was wandering the woods. Aka noticed the dark beast and knew something was wrong. He turned away from the demon and ran for his home. But Tark was faster.. and, horribly, ate Aka and his soul. Now Tark is Aka- and Aka is Manto. He is cursed to walk the dark woods forever, while Tark has taken over his life. Legend has it that if you walk into a dark woods like Aka did, and shout “Red Cloak” four times, Manto will take your soul. ---- Fun fact: Manto means "Cloak" in japanese, and Aka means "Red". so if you put them together- "Red Cloak" Art by me and foxgurl :)
