Click space to see my other art pieces and wips I've been trying to draw actual digital art because I ran out of space in my sketchbook and for #2 I literally drew on a notebook I got like 4 years ago but its still empty somehow- Obviously going to be adding more later! 1. Torikku as a mermaid :D 2. A WIP design of a koi dude 3. Traditional version sketched of something I'm drawing digitally- for some reason I love Torikku and the koi dude together, like, they could be best friends :> 4. The digital version! I experimented a lot with colors and shading and especially the background, which I've never done this complex before :O (Edit: oops I just noticed I never colored in the bridge ;u;) (Another edit: hhhhooooow did I forget to draw their vitiligo NOOOO T-T I feel so bad I should probably redraw this later- I'm now realizing the flaws in the piece ASDFGHJKL) 5. Just the background- it took sooooo long to make but it was totally worth it!! I worked on this like half the time lol 6. Traditional version of something! I did a honeybee mermaid, and I tried to make her have bigger proportions because I want to be more diverse;;; It doesn't look so bad but I know I can improve ^^ I practiced side profiles and made a mermaid out of one, you can see my other examples of side profiles. I TOTALLY LOVE the little bumblebee jellyfish baby I made <3333 7. Cereal Mermaid! I like the way the milk is splashing and dripping down but I don't like the mermaid all that much.
