even though her attitude and sarcastic is not to be judge saying they are mean. She just broken and trying to speak out. Others say she annoying and rude a lot, but really she trying to open up other eye and see if they show kindness under that darkness. So she try to act like they do to other and get a taste of there own medicine.
Where she come from they where nice and know mean thing are wrong so they are friendly and nice.
