This is my new oc, his name is Otto, he died in a car crash. He always loved building things out of scrap metal from his grandfather's junk pile. He lived with his grandfather in 1960 but died at the age of 14, his parents had gone missing for over 30 years so he lived with his grandfather who didn't seem bothered by their disappearance.
