Hi guys! Sorry that I haven't posted in a while! Here's a bit of an art dump of the sketches I've been doing recently. I think I've been improving a lot :) SPACE BAR BTW! Art breakdown: 1. This is a sketch I did of a character I based on an orange. I ended up turning this into a paper and pen drawing that I might post at some point. I was watching Capcaptor Sakura and I was inspired by one of Sakura's costumes to try and do a themed character with an outfit. 2. A random sketch I just did on my math homework XD 3. This is a sketch for another one of my characters inspired by pride flags. I think that this person is based on the pansexual pride flag. 4. Another pride flag person! I think that this is a re-draw of my character inspired by the lesbian flag. I originally designed her last year. 5. A very quick sketch that I did for my next character. 6. The final sketch of the last piece. This character is inspired by a heart. I really enjoyed designing their outfit and it was kind of fun to try and reference the curves and point of the heart shape as much as possible. It might be a bit hard to see, but one of my favorite parts is the see-through overcoat. 7. (also thumbnail) I am very proud of this drawing! I didn't really have an inspiration for this piece, but I really enjoyed designing their hair and clothing. I can imagine them wearing this evening gown to a ball and then going outside after the fact with the overcoat. This piece also features a lot of see-through overlaying fabric (which is a style I absolutely love to use) which I think gives the drawing a princess-like look.
