"Honeypaw wishes to become a medicine cat, Jaybird come forward and touch your apprentice. Harepaw your mentor will be Softeye." Swoons came from the clan. "Specklepaw, Vineheart." Softeye rushed to Harepaw and they touched noses intently. "Let's go for a walk," Softeye told her apprentice,"alone." Softeye and Harepaw went to the border. Softeye looked at her apprentice.
