The instructions are to not judge people of color or make fun of them because of how they look.
Just because people look different, sound different, or have different religions does not give anyone the right to bully, make fun of, or say something wrong about their people. It's like saying that a bird that looks different from another bird is worthless. You should care for everyone even if they are different from you. People are just people. Just because they live somewhere else and there are stereotypes about them does not mean that they are not as important.
