This is an alarm clock. Say how many minutes you want on the clock, and then it will play pops forever when it ends. To stop it, press space, and it will stop the alarm and the timer. And the alarm is very loud if you have your volume high. Keep it kinda low. 75% is good.
This is a scratch project with use! There are very few of these.
