I drew Señor Moncarlo Fabuloso from Let's Go Luna for @Gummygumdrop 's Cartoon Art Collab.
Since his legs were super long I wasn't able to draw them in with the body, and resizing it made the drawing super pixelated (as I used Bitmap) so I just drew from the knees up.
