Global Warming is a platformer that is playable both mobile-y and computer-ly. What I am trying to say is you can play it on a computer and it is mobile friendly. Instructions if playing on Computer: WAD or Arrow Keys - to control the movement of the player. R - If you get stuck and want to restart the specific level. Instructions if playing on Mobile: - Just tap or hold on the side of your screen in the direction you want to move - 6/26/21 - I have now made a reset level button for those playing on mobile! Just press it and the character will go back to the beginning of whatever level you are on!
For the control of the player, I watched an @Warfame video on youtube, and I used some of that code to control the player's movement. For everything else, I mainly made them on my own. For example, it can be caused by the carbon dioxide from the cars many people use, smokestacks from factories, etc. Mainly it is caused by the human burning of fossil fuels. What are the effects that it has? - Global warming has many effects, impacting us humans, animals and plants. Humans effects: - For humans it can cause many breathing issues due to the air pollution. This can lead to many deaths. - It can also impact many organs such as the heart. Animal Effects: - For animals it can cause for them to migrate differently or hibernate during different time periods. - It can also lead to many animals' habitats being destroyed. - It can also lead to their extinction. Plant Effects: - Due to climate change and global warming, it can cause more soil to be dryer. If the soil it dryer, it would make the land not good for farming and growing plants. - It can also cause droughts, meaning plants or crops may not always get the water that they need.
